    Poor sound and poor customer service from Gigaset, does not deliver what it promises

    Unfortunately, the return expired 1 week ago, so I'm stuck with the appliance. The defects have only now become apparent after using it several times (I assumed it was a high-quality device).
    When I speak, I hear a slight     "clatter". My voice doesn't resonate, but it clatters quietly with every word. It's really annoying.
    Contact with Gigaset customer service: clear question about how the transfer of photos via Windows 11 works. First response from Gigaset customer service came within 2 days, ok. However, they did not respond to my request but referred me to the software (it should be noted that the Gigaset website states that the software does not work under Windows 11). So I replied to the Gigaset customer service lady that she had not responded to my question and described my concern again. The lady then said "I'll pass it on". That was just under 1 month ago. Suuuuper!
    I opted for this model because I thought it would be easier to use for my 72-year-old mother, even if photos are assigned.
    I will now check both devices internally and externally again and make a complaint to Gigaset if necessary.
    Too bad.

    • not compatible with Windows 11
    • With Windows 11, no photos can be uploaded to the phone
    • No further response from customer service
    • Poor sound for internal calls
    • where the hell is the speaker
    • Phone without charging station "can only lie flat"
    • Handset volume only possible via "fiddling" on the navigation bar
