  Exaggerated delivery postponement

  I have been looking forward to the new Pixel for a long time, but I am very disappointed with Digitec as they have again postponed the date for Sorta Sage by 2-3 months, resulting in a total delivery delay of 5-6 months. When asked for an alternative solution (just black), the response was that the order can be cancelled and I can order the other device for a higher price as the price has gone up in the meantime. I have the feeling that Digitec is forcing us to buy the other device at the higher price, because I can hardly imagine that anyone will accept a delivery delay of over 6 months. I am used to Digitec acting differently, namely in a customer-oriented way, and I am quite negatively surprised by this case. Unfortunately, I can't say anything about the phone, the stars are for the Digitec service alone! more
