Poor quality

The first mouse was bumpy and wobbly, I thought it was a Monday model and reported the defect. The second mouse had the same problem. So I took a closer look at the thing. As long as the weights stay in, the mouse is just about acceptable for the normal internet/office user. But what normal user buys a gamer mouse? Not one. The gamer would like to adjust the weight...at least if you buy a mouse that can do just that. But with every weight less, the mouse becomes more useless. It wobbles more and it's more and more uneven. It is then not only unusable for gamers, but also unusable for normal use.

I have now had to pay the return postage twice, for an absolutely inferior product. After two times, I have asked for a refund rather than a replacement. Let's see if that works. more
