Low Sensitivity to Moisture

aeGlass ™ Ultra PA-GF is based on modified high-temperature nylon, which has a moisture absorption rate in saturated conditions that is only one-tenth that of regular PA6, eliminating the deficiencies in mechanical properties and dimensional stability of nylon materials that change significantly after moisture absorption.

High Abrasion Resistance

aeGlass ™ Ultra PA-GF features a low coefficient of friction, self-lubricating properties, and excellent wear resistance, easily meeting the demands of various high-strength gears or industrial applications with high wear requirements.

Since nylon places high demands on the nozzle, the following nozzles are recommended for use:

• Hardened steel nozzles
• Ruby nozzles
• Tungsten carbide.
