The NVLINK Bridge Ampere is not compatible with the RTX 2080 Ti video cards. The RTX 2080 Ti uses a different NVLink bridge design specific to its generation, while the Ampere NVLINK Bridge is designed for newer GPU architectures. RTX 2080 Ti requires NVLink bridges made for the Turing generation, which have different slot spacing and connector specifications than Ampere bridges. Therefore, the NVLINK Bridge Ampere will not fit or function properly with RTX 2080 Ti cards. For RTX 2080 Ti, you need an NVLink bridge specifically made for that model or generation.
