I have a Surface Laptop 5 13.5'' and the cable doesn't fit me...can anyone tell me why? The description says it is Thunderbolt 3 compatible. The Surface Laptop 5 has Thunderbolt 4, but according to the internet the ports of 3 and 4 are the same. Can anyone help me? Thanks :)

woaw, embarrassing! It's sorted itself out. I just had to "mangle" the cable a bit, as the device is still brand new :)

Hello, no signal is transmitted with the new mobile phone. With the USB setting, the host is the other device (TV), switching is not possible. Is there a solution? Thank you

Is this adapter can output HDR at 4k60Hz? I have this adapter, but can't succeed to have HDR settings enabled in windows 10 on Surface and MacOs MacbookPro 2019. (The HDMI cable that I am using is compatible for sure.)

I am sure it is not supporting HDR. I contacted the support and asked. They confirmed HDR is not supported.

Hello together, I wanted to connect my monitor with my Mac Book Pro (2019), but it doesn't work, it only flickers on the MAC Book and I don't get a signal on the monitor. Does anyone have an idea why, thank you. PS the MAC Book Pro is up to date with the latest software.
