An excellent menu, although a little expensive ... the price of novelty.

Very satisfying, finally 6 cores / 12 threads for Intel mainstream processors! I would have given it 5 stars if the wifi-ac was integrated (they offer another identical model with it, it will be out soon). Almost as fast as the Digitec service!

    Pro

    • Quality of the components
    • Manufacturing quality
    • Q-Code, flashback bios, internal buttons
    • UEFI very complete and pleasant to use
    • Very pleasing to the eye
    • Speed and stability of the 10 phases
    • Pre-integrated back panel
    • 2xm.2 + 1 heatsink
    • Aurasync
    • Per core overclocking

    Contra

    • No built-in wifi ac. For the price it's a bit short.
    • A single heatsink m.2.
    • ASUS has not yet put the 0402 bios on their site. It will come.

    Super mainboard with cool features!

I have combined this mainboard with i7 9700k. 9th Gen Intel CPU is only supported with Bios version 1704. Mobo came with an older version, so I had no picture when I booted the PC.
Now comes the great thing: Bios FLASHBACK!
RTFM, prepare Usb stick with the new Bios FW, follow instructions. PC does several PowerCycles and tadaaa: Your mobo has the new Bios version and you don't have to search for old compatible CPUs just for Bios update. My favourite function so far.

OC I usually don't do, RGB stuff like AURA is nice to see. Now looks the same in my PC as it does in a Japanese karaoke bar.

    Pro

    • Bios Flashback - Allows "offline" bios update (in my case CPU incompatibility)
    • Fast chipset
    • Cool gimmicks like onboard start button or bios reset (for OC or troubleshooting)

    Contra

    • Nothing detected yet.
