    Great piece! Recommended purchase!

    The drone exceeds all my expectations. Almost all.

    I switched from the Parrot Bebop 2 to the DJI Mavic Air Fly more. What an update!
    The image quality is extremely much better mainly due to the 3 axis gimbal but also     due to higher frame rates (1080p 120fps) & 4K.
    The connection quality is much (!) better than with the Parrot drone.
    Although I have never reached the range even close.... 1km is usually the end in inhabited areas with interference.
    However, the drone finds the connection again very quickly and is then controllable. The return home function also works wonderfully. The return height is adjustable, so you never hit a tree.

    The Follow me function works perfectly. The function is only freely available in P mode, which is why the drone does not fly at its maximum speed (but only around 35km/h). In addition, the follow me function only works with image recognition, not with GPS from the controller. This means that if something is in sight, the drone stops. In addition, the drone does not follow the terrain or what is to be followed. For example, when skiing, you inevitably become smaller and smaller because the drone keeps its altitude and only follows on the level.

    The image quality for the size with the battery life is simply unbeatable and worth a clear purchase recommendation!

    • Modest range, much less than advertised (sometimes only 700 metres on sight) max. 1.5 km
    • Follow me only slow speeds possible (approx. 35-40 km/h)
    • in sport mode you cannot look straight ahead as the drone tilts too far forward
    • Follow me useless when skiing (does not fly down at all, only forwards)
    • in the dark, all auxiliary functions except GPS are useless, as they work visually
