    Super product, with small buts

Would love to give 4.5 stars, but unfortunately that's not possible. So I took the average and rounded it up.
    First of all:
I am writing the release after about 1 month of use and about 1.5 months after release.
    Super
product with many advantages and few disadvantages. But I would advise everyone to give it a try and, if you have the opportunity, to also try competing products. There are also a LOT of reviews on YouTube, which I highly recommend. Most of my experiences coincide with the reviews.
For my taste, DJI could be a bit more user-friendly and put in more instructions, as a beginner I can well imagine that you feel a bit thrown in at the deep end. But Googel helps if you don't know what to do.

Since the product is new, there are still a few accessories missing, but DJI has always been great when it comes to accessories.
The pros and cons should say it all. Some of them are also compared with competing products.

    Pro

    • Stable
    • Well processed
    • Reduces the "running effect" that older Ronins or competitor products have to a minimum
    • 12 hours of battery life (competitors have 20, but you're unlikely to max that out on a shooting day)
    • Good grip
    • View on screen, as the engine constellation is different from that of the competitor.
    • Barrel roll of the camera possible
    • Super app for control and settings
    • Very compactly assemblable
    • Possibility of attaching many accessories (but everything still has to be released)
    • USB-C
    • Followfocus (There must also be accessories for this)
    • Carrying weight for cameras
    • Longer battery life (can't say yet, but DJI has always had good batteries).

    Contra

    • Heavier than the competition (but can handle more)
    • Cumbersome system to charge batteries (via the motor itself; hope that there will be accessories for this)
    • Less battery than competition (maybe they will bring bigger batteries to the market)
    • Many accessories are missing (STILL!), as they have not been on the market for long.

    It's definitely worth it.

I have had the Ronin S for two days now. So far I can report mostly positive things. Balancing takes a little time (best with the tutorial from DJI). Once it's set up, filming and photography are fun.
    The weight does have
an impact after a while, so always put it down or hold it down.
Otherwise, I look forward to further tests and will share more information when the opportunity arises.

    Pro

    • Smoot and fast in the movements
    • App versatile

    Contra

    • Total weight

    Best Compact 3 Axis Gimbal

It's simply cool. Works perfectly, has exceeded my expectations in terms of workmanship and has many settings.

Everything works the way I want it to!

    Pro

    • Super stabilisation
    • Easy to balance
    • Good app with timelapse featuers etc.
    • Extremely good quality
    • Different modes
    • Trigger Button

    Contra

    • Difficult to charge (no removable battery, have to take the whole gimbal to the socket).
