    Bad service of a bad product

    The first thing was that HP told me after I sent in the receipts that the printer was not deposited with a serial number, so that I was not entitled to a vignette, despite the promotion! After half a year, the printer was defective. After contacting Digitec, I was told to contact HP.
    Bad service on a bad product. No more HP and probably not from Digitec either!

    Meets my expectations. However, I am afraid that the HP printers do not have a very long life...
