Just excellent. 144Hz 2K G Sync compatible with a last generation CG and connected in Displayport.
No backlight bleeding on my panel. The HDR is not great but there are very good colours compared to other Ultra Wide.

The monitor met all my expectations: 1440p, high refresh rate, ultrawide aspect ration, great colors and a pristine image quality.
It worked perfectly. For about 5 days. Then horizontal artifacts starting appearing, and then the whole screen became unusable. For a product worth over 1k, this is the worst quality in a piece of electronics I have ever seen.
Unfortunately, digitec Customer Support exceeds that standard in awfulness. The online CS experience was terrible and unclear, and rather than accepting a defective product by default as the law requires, they vaguely argued I contact LG for a broken product they sold me. I had to carry the monitor to an actual digitec store to get it returned, at which point I was told it would get fixed in 2 to 4 weeks.
Five days later, the monitor returns to me, still broken, AND NO EXPLANATION as to what happened or what is going on with my ticket. Now I have been in touch with Customer Support for days, but no one can answer me anything.
In summary: This is an amazing monitor that is unusable due to terrible build quality and testing.
And I hope Amazon one day comes back and puts digitec into the dust.

The monitor has convinced me so far, I haven't found any negative points. For me personally, the curvature is relatively strong (not yet disturbingly strong) compared to my predecessor (the ASUS PG34Q8).
Personally, I do notice the upgrade from 100Hz to 144Hz (44% more). I also think that 144Hz is now relatively future-proof - especially since DisplayPort will reach its limit at some point and we will have to wait for the new standard to be introduced across the board.
The ASUS had GSync - this one now has Freesync 2. So far I don't notice any difference - activating GSync (as GSync Compatible Monitor Mode) was no problem. Pendulum demo also looks good.
The current problem with GSync is that the "normal" module is limited to 120Hz (the GSync variant of this LG monitor also has this, hence 120Hz although the panel is the same). If you want more, you need the GSync Ultimate module - but this costs (much) more. That's why the Ultrawides with higher heart rates are so expensive (besides other features like (true) HDR etc.). Personally, however, it's not worth it to me to pay 1000 more - precisely because of the negative points described.
Tl;dr: Recommendation to buy.
IMPORTANT: If you haven't already done so, be sure to update the firmware! Reduces input lag drastically.
