    Noble and fast

The watch comes in a very noble design, which is very reminiscent of that of a fruit, but in conjunction with the chosen materials and the curved display does not look at all like a cheap copy, but much more like an Android alternative.

The only thing that is a bit annoying is the battery life. With moderate use, 1 to 2 days are possible.

    Well

I bought the watch to the Oppo x3 Pro. The display is perfect, charging is super fast. Android wear OS I knew from Fossil, so also no problem, better than Tizen from Samsung since I have more apps available. But now to the disadvantages: Sport there are only 4 different types, not like other smartwatches (over 100); the connection to GoogelFit works, but is not synchronized. All in all - for sports recording absolutely unusable. The recording "activity", as soon as I move this is recorded as such, which is not exactly useful. Two steps to be called activity. Too bad for the watch very good approach implementation lacking.

    The alternative to the Applewatch

I got rid of iPhones years ago. But the Apple watch almost made me go back. Then, after a lot of research and testing of other "cheap" smartwatches, I discovered the OPPO watch.

It has all the important functions that an
Apple watch also has and I can get through everyday life perfectly. I'm not an athlete, so I can't say much about the sports and GPS functions. However, Google Maps doesn't work badly on the Watch. The battery lasts one to two days if you use the watch a lot. That's OK for me, because you can charge it overnight in the evening. The battery also lasts well for a long weekend, as long as you leave the energy-saving mode on every now and then.

I have already paid a few times with the OPPO watch, it works great and I use it most for music control. The Spotify app for the watch is really good here. I can select songs from my playlists directly and listen to them, but I can also listen to other playlists.

On the robustness. I've owned the watch for a little over a year now. The display has absolutely no scratches. And not just because of my caution, but the glass is really robust. Less so, however, is the edge of the watch. The "metal" gets scratches very quickly and the colour flakes off. On my first day with the watch, I came up against a rounded metal frame really, really lightly and had a small scratch right away. I now have 3 minor scratches on the sides of the watch, but the glass is intact.

So all in all, if you also like the design of the Apple watch, but don't have an iPhone, the OPPO watch is YOUR thing.
