Flagship killer!

Switched from a Huawei P30 Pro and couldn't be happier. I like One UI much better than Huawei's EMUI, which I also criticized a lot. I also personally like the flat display much better than the sometimes overly curved displays (frequent ghost touches).
The 120 Hz display in the S20 FE paired with the Snapdragon 865 provide a really smooth performance and the battery lasts very well (I regularly use hotspot and Bluetooth), although the endurance is a bit lower compared to the Huawei P30 Pro, for example; this might be optimized via updates.
The camera setup is actually top, but you should not expect mega snapshots from the S20 FE, which is, in my opinion, absolutely negligible compared to the other qualities.
Therefore: Absolute purchase recommendation! more

Used device

Digitec sent me an obviously already opened device. Under an intact seal hid an already severed one. In addition, the device was full of dust and already had two small scratches on the quiet button.
When I reported this to customer support, they immediately sent me a return order. I was told verbally at this point that as soon as the device was received, a new device would be sent directly. However, the smartphone was forwarded to the service partner. After a week of waiting, I received the device from the service partner with the comment: The error could not be reproduced.
After waiting now for two and a half weeks, I send the device back and will immediately order it somewhere else.
Never again smartphone at Digitec.
