    I don't understand why the software is not included free of charge with every cash register, but without it the cash register is "worthless" for the tax office.

    The software does exactly what you need for the tax office. Conversion of the data from the SD card into a database format for the tax office

    • Should be enclosed free of charge with every cash register in order to be able to make the transfer to the tax office.

    FINGER AWAY !!!!!

    This tool is supposedly legally compliant with TSE 2020 cash laws, is explicitly stated in the item description. As soon as you open the delivered box with USB stick, there is an explicit note on the inside that this tool does NOT comply with the requirements of the 2020 cash register laws! An absolute cheek and fraudulent deception. It is quite clear to me that software cannot be returned, but then what is described must also be delivered! Galaxus is using ostrich tactics and does not react.
