    Good product

    UP Installation a little difficult because the distance and fastening do not correspond to the VSEI standard. But with craftsmanship, the part is perfectly mounted.
    Good sound, easy to program. Satisfied all round.

    Top sound quality. Bad to install

    Super sound quality. Unfortunately not suitable for our UP covers. Make adjustments yourself.

    Good buy, great price and fast delivery (as always with galaxus). Long live DAB+

    I replaced my old Peha radio, which could only receive FM stations, with this flush-mounted radio. This gives me a direct comparison between two manufacturers.

    Basically, it must be noted that the flush-mounted radio requires     a German flush-mounted box. In Germany, the frame is not screwed on at the corners, but in the middle per recess. This can be seen in the manual on page 28 or in the attached picture.

    If you have a "pre-installation" with an EU standard box, you can save yourself trouble.

    The installation is very simple. The antenna supplied (installation wire approx. 80 cm long) is simply pushed upwards in the installation pipe.

    The loudspeaker is small, but "bulkier", i.e. "heavier" than the one from Peha. That is why the sound is better and actually quite good for the size.

    The display is good and clear. It shows the current station and the time and is also dimmed at night, which is not disturbing.

    I find the reception quality a big surprise. I receive 51 DAB+ stations in the Zurich area, all of which are received crystal clear. I haven't even scanned the FM stations, a discontinued model as we know.

    The Bluetooth connection is a great joy. Spotify or stations from the web can be easily brought into the bathroom. We do have SONOS in the house, but in the bathroom I was looking for a simple radio that plays radio stations with a click, even without a mobile phone.

    Summary: Very successful device, good quality with an excellent price/performance ratio. It's amazing how much electronics can be accommodated in such a small space. A clear recommendation to buy if the flush-mounted box fits.
