  Works flawlessly with my Synology NAS DS 215+.

  I ordered this Hadddisk to replace a defective HD from my Synology NAS DS215+. Although this HD is not listed in the Synology list of compatible HDDs. Works for me since one week without any problem.
  
  I ordered a second one and was able to replace it without any problems.
  
  The previous hard drive was 3 TB in size. The new one is 4 TB. The "storage pool" automatically increased after I inserted the second hard drive. more

  Lifetime lousy

  Bought in December (2 pieces as a bundle), early January installed in my DS212+ (as a replacement for almost 10 years old WDred 2TB) and early February, after 369h runtime, the first returned due to failure. Today got a replacement, installed ... during synchronization the second died....
  Can no longer be addressed even in external dock, motor does not even turn on....
  Hope this is the exception and not the rule... more
