They saved on the trimmings. Better to pay 10 more for a good design or even a metal casing!
The part in paperback format is good - a colour-accurate production is certainly not easy and cheap to achieve, but it is very difficult to open the thing and turning to the second page is tedious - it sticks! And there is a great danger of getting your fingers stuck! The Passport should also be a bit bigger ...
