The SP4000 single bass drum pedal from Sonor is part of the 4000 hardware series featuring a new footboard design with a Triple P tread plate (Perfect Pressure Point). The pedal has an eccentric chain drive with a double chain. The 2-way beater allows for two different sounds, with an adjustable beater angle. The tread plate can be adjusted independently of the beater position. The playing feel is enhanced by the optimized, silent spring mechanism. Unlike most pedals, this model has the beater axle positioned closer to the bass drum head, providing a particularly powerful and balanced play.
