I agree with Stefan. A second battery is really recommended. It doesn't weigh that much, but you definitely have enough power. For me, the battery didn't last that long. Besides, it really depends on which functions you set and how many times you change them.

Difficult question, of course it depends on how many photos you take (or filming takes even more battery), how quickly you switch the camera off again, whether with/without AF etc. etc. etc. and of course also on the outside temperature...
For me, however, one battery lasts 3-5 days (approx. 200 pictures/day). I would therefore recommend a second battery, especially as there is hardly anything more frustrating than having the perfect subject in front of you and the battery is empty ;)
