Who can tell me the advantages and disadvantages compared to the Nikon lens? The price difference is very big... Is the Nikon lens really that much better? What exactly?

No one. It depends on what you want to photograph and what you value. Does it always have to be sharp down to the last pixel? (Nikon is sharper than Sigma at open aperture). Or is it simply the price that matters to you? Then the Sigma is a good choice, which I have already used for various portraits and also for a football match. Which Nikon are you talking about? The old 70-200 without VR or the

new one with VR? The optical stabilisation on the Sigma hasn't always worked well for me and I've never tested that on the Nikons.
Sigma (and others) make very good lenses, sometimes better than the comparable Nikons. But what exactly is "better" is usually in the eye of the beholder.
