Hello dear Community The tool slide, i.e. both tool holders, has a lot of play on my Cricut Maker 4. If I tug carefully on the tool holder, the tool holder wobbles quite a bit. A precise cut is not possible like this! Does anyone else have this problem?

I’ve been using the maker 4 for a couple of weeks now and don’t have this issue, it works very precisely. Perhaps what you are experiencing could be covered by warranty?
