The Böker Forge paring knife is an essential tool in every kitchen, specifically designed for precise peeling of fruits and vegetables. The 9 cm long blade made of high-quality X50CrMoV15 stainless steel offers excellent sharpness and can be easily sharpened. The black handle scales made of special plastic are seamless and permanently attached to the full tang with three stainless steel rivets, resulting in optimal balance and ergonomic handling.
