This pan is ideal for frying, searing, and flambéing. Elegant in the kitchen, on the buffet, and on the table. Copper is the best heat conductor to retain full flavor while cooking. A heating cycle is created, and the ingredients are cooked evenly. The cookware is made of 90% copper and 10% stainless steel. Not suitable for induction. Not dishwasher safe.
