The regular standard knife made of stainless steel is suitable for everyday use. The ham/slicing knife, which features a smooth cutting edge, is designed for soft cutting materials. It achieves particularly thin slicing results. This knife is not suitable for baked goods, especially bread.

The knife is delivered in a storage box.

Please pay close attention to the shape of the knife and the color of the gear when placing your order. The shape of the old knife and the color of the old gear must match the shape and color of the one you are ordering. Please also check the drive wheel. If it is worn, we strongly recommend replacing it as a worn drive wheel can lead to faster wear of the gear.
