Its elegant, pronounced shape is made of durable, matte brushed stainless steel combined with a plastic handle. As with all cutlery manufacturers, we recommend pre-cleaning knife blades and drying the cutlery pieces after the dishwasher cycle. Stainless steel cannot rust, but if any surface rust appears on the metal elements, it can be easily removed with a hard sponge. If the cutlery handle appears a bit dull after many cleaning cycles, just a small drop of cooking oil is enough to make each piece shine like new again.
