  Almost perfect, except for the plug

  I love this household appliance, but why is there no Swiss plug😏

  super device - except it gets hot

  The device ordered from Galaxus has a Schuko plug, comes with adapter and works great. Have previously ordered elsewhere (not at Galaxus) a similar device, which came with an English plug without adapter. And was so hot that you have burned the tool that machine grease evaporated and was therefore unusable. Months of warranty war followed. Not so with the Galaxus device: Everything is great, and I am extremely satisfied with the part. And even, all tools from the old Titanium Chef still fit (which was allowed to retire after 15 years of hard service). Purchase recommendation, but look carefully that one has not got a hot runner. more
