Stapelstein Balance Top: Versatile, robust, and easy to care for - The Stapelstein Balance Top is made from durable, closed-cell plastic. The foamed material is lightweight and has a pleasant texture. On the underside of the balance top, there is a curvature where you can stack other Stapelsteine. The curved edge on the top provides additional support during challenging exercises. When flipped over, the board can also be used as a leg axis trainer for the feet.

A top, leg-axis trainer, and seating option in one - The Stapelstein Balance Top is suitable for various balance exercises. By stacking another Stapelstein on the curvature at the bottom, the challenge increases: this enhances the dynamics of the top. Of course, the foam block also serves as a good seating option for dynamic sitting.
