Product details

The Terraflex Pro is an invisible fastening system for grooved boards that serves as a spacer for a uniform joint gap of just 5 mm and provides structural wood protection. The metal plate of the Terraflex Pro allows for installation starting from a groove thickness of 2 mm.

Product advantages:

  • Suitable for boards with narrow grooves
  • Also secures boards with a low groove thickness of 2 mm
  • Invisible fastening, no screws visible from above the board
  • Uniform installation pattern, joint width between the boards is only 5 mm
  • A predetermined breaking point allows for a flexible tension range of 5 mm, adapting to different groove wall thicknesses
  • Structural wood protection according to DIN 68800, with a 6 mm spacer between the board and substructure, typically leads to a 20 – 30% increase in service life
  • Made from glass fiber reinforced polyamide including metal plate (A2 stainless steel)

Note: Terraflex Pro N9 is particularly suitable for boards made of WPC, BPC, and thermo-wood with a groove wall thickness of 7.2 – 12.2 mm and a minimum groove depth of 9 mm. Fastening of boards starting from a groove thickness of 2 mm.
