    Disappointment pure

    Package arrived in a flash, watched installation video and device installed in half an hour, fully easy. Conducted a test in the middle of the night. The radio found at the standing car in a village on the Rhine 56 transmitter in, Wow! In ZH Unterland you get a lot of SWR to hear next to SRF, Everything in CD quality, great! Immediately drove off in the direction of Zurich, then follows a big disappointment, SRF package in ZH Unterland to receive is an imposition, as soon as the road is in the lower terrain, you have to expect interruption. Even in hilly areas like Atzmännig there is no fluent reception, not to mention all the tunnels around and in ZH. In short, the availability is much worse than the good old FM radio, but when that is on, the sound quality is perfect. My gut feeling does not indicate the best sensitivity of this device. I deliberately chose an expensive model with the hope that this thing would work, unfortunately just paid expensive tuition money.

    Who does not need a "luxury variant" for DAB + in the car or wants to upgrade an Occassion, is very well served with this device. The device convinces me absolutely and I would buy it again!

    I had the Highway 600 installed by a professional. Simply so that I risk no cable tangle and no incorrect installation (eg because of windshield heating / coatings, etc.).

    Pro

    • Great reception, easy to save favorite stations, sound quality I never expected to be this good.
    • Song tagging via keystroke -> song is added on Spotify - really cool feature
    • The adapter is attractive and nicely finished
    • Handsfree and Bluetooth/Spotify streaming make my Ford (BJ2011) a multimedia wonder ;)
    • Mobile automatically connects to the adapter as long as Bluetooth is active

    Contra

    • Setup with Pure Go app relatively cumbersome
    • No directory by letter when browsing the handsfree contact book.
    • Sometimes the mobile takes a relatively long time until it connects to the device
