The PrismaSeT HD Active is a floor-mounted enclosure made of decarbonized steel with a glazed door, suitable for low-voltage electrical distribution. It contains recycled steel produced with renewable energy, leading to a significant reduction in CO2 emissions. It has nominal dimensions of 2000 mm in height, 700 mm in width, and 500 mm in depth. The frame and supports of the enclosure are made of galvanized steel to ensure a long lifespan. The door is made of sheet steel and safety glass, the panels are made of sheet steel, and the handle is made of polyamide 6 with a 30% glass fiber content. An epoxy-polyester powder coating provides a smooth appearance. The enclosure is white (RAL 9003) with a black (RAL 9005) handle. It features a glazed door, a back panel, a roof, two sliding rails, and a kit for quick-mount plate brackets. The door has an opening angle of up to 120 degrees and is reversible, meaning it can be opened from either side. The door is equipped with a four-point lock and a 5-mm double-bit handle for security. The enclosure has an IP55 protection rating, making it resistant to dust, water, and oil ingress. With an IK08 rating, the enclosure is also impact-resistant. Operation is made comfortable with access from the back, front, and sides.
