BMH servomotor from the Lexium 32 series of servo drives. The BMH series of three-phase AC servomotors features a medium rotor inertia and is perfectly suited for applications with high loads. Thanks to the winding technology, it offers a very high power density in a compact design. This servo has a nominal continuous stall torque of 88 Nm and achieves a peak torque of 330 Nm. Its rated speed can reach up to 2000 rpm, depending on the supply voltage. The voltage-dependent rated power can be up to 9.4 kW. The built-in encoder is a multiturn type with 128 periods/revolution (128x1024x4096) in SinCos Hiperface format. Electrical connections are made via M40 and M23 connectors, which are angled at 90° and rotatable. The motor flange has a diameter of 205 mm for mounting. The drive shaft has a diameter of 38 mm. The shaft end is designed as a key and complies with protection class IP65. The motor housing also meets the IP65 protection class. An integrated holding brake is included. For operating the synchronous motor, the Lexium LXM32 series servo amplifiers are recommended.
