BSH servomotor from the Lexium 32 series of servo drives. This BSH series of three-phase AC servomotors features a low rotor inertia, enabling high acceleration capabilities for dynamic applications. Thanks to the winding technology, it offers a higher power density in a compact design. This servo has a nominal continuous stall torque of 0.21 Nm and achieves a peak torque of 0.75 Nm. Its rated speed can reach up to 9000 RPM, depending on the supply voltage. The voltage-dependent rated power can go up to 170 W. The built-in encoder is a single-turn type with 16 pulses per revolution (16x1024) and is implemented as a SinCos Hiperface. The electrical connection is made via 2x Y-TEC connectors, which are angled at 90° and rotatable. The motor flange for mounting has a diameter of 40 mm. The drive shaft has a diameter of 8 mm. The shaft end is smooth and conforms to protection class IP65. The motor housing also meets the IP65 protection class. An integrated holding brake is included. For operating the synchronous motor, the Lexium LXM32 series servo amplifiers are recommended.
