In the role of Group Leader - Logistics, you are the central point of contact for day-to-day operations and carry the responsibility for ensuring the safe, efficient, and cost-effective delivery of our products to customers. This position requires strong leadership skills and a proactive approach to continuously optimize and advance our logistics processes. In this role, you will also support the development of our logistics organization at the Neuenburg site.

Deine Aufgaben

  • You are responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations and are not afraid to lend a hand yourself.
  • Leading a team of around 10–15 employees, you take on both professional and personal leadership responsibilities.
  • You independently conduct employee reviews with your team and hold daily as well as weekly meetings on site.
  • You continuously develop your team and take an active role in recruiting new team members.
  • Occupational safety and health protection (ASGS) are always top of mind.
  • You participate in projects and actively involve your team and your logistics expertise to continuously improve work processes.

Deine Fähigkeiten

  • You bring extensive logistics expertise, whether through many years of experience or specialized training.
  • Your solid leadership experience, ideally in logistics or a related field, is a key part of your qualifications.
  • Good communication skills in English; German or French are an advantage.
  • Strong IT skills in MS Office and experience with warehouse management systems.
  • Resilience, humor, enthusiasm, and a hands-on mentality are valuable traits that will serve you well in your daily work.
  • You are mobile and able to work in our two-shift system between 05:30 - 23:00.
  • You identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes to enhance productivity and efficiency.
  • You show courage in taking risks and acting on your convictions, even in uncertain situations.
