Deine Aufgaben

• You take professional and people responsibility for a team of five trainers and foster their continuous development.
• Working closely with various stakeholders is part of the daily business, including Recruiting, Planning, all Logistics departments and the Senior Quality Training Professional, ensuring strategic and conceptual alignment within your area of responsibility.
• You are responsible for the smooth execution of onboarding for our logistics employees, ensuring that every new team member receives a first-class introduction to their role.
• You oversee the site-wide skill matrix and plan and deliver training to ensure identified learning needs are effectively addressed.
• You create training scripts for logistics processes based on our Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and the didactic and methodological approach of our Learning Galaxy, ensuring consistent and effective training delivery.
• You ensure the quality of our training measures through regular evaluation and continuous improvement.
• Together with Senior Quality Training, you design training sessions and workshops for employees as well as train-the-trainer programmes, while actively contributing to the further development of the department.

Deine Fähigkeiten

• You have solid practical experience in logistics processes or quality management, backed by relevant professional education at least at the level of a Higher Professional Education qualification.
• Extensive experience in adult education, ideally complemented by further training in didactics/methodology (e.g. SVEB 2 or a Federal Diploma of Adult Education). Experience in designing and delivering training programmes is essential; experience in creating training scripts is a plus, or you are willing to develop this skill.
• Several years of leadership experience and an empathetic leadership style, with the ability to motivate, coach and develop a team.
• A results-oriented approach, with the ability to set priorities and make clear, well-founded decisions.
• A proactive and hands-on mindset, combined with clear and convincing communication skills.
• A structured and analytical way of thinking, with a strong understanding of processes and a practical, hands-on mentality.
