worst customer service i have dealt with in years. 1) At first they did not even know what my complaint was due to 2) they screwed up my Christmas present and only dedicated themselves to monetizing the problem with a ridiculous amount. It gives the impression that they do not care about the problem itself and could repeat it at any time. 3) They spent more time trying to prove that something had been wrong than looking for a solution. When I proved that I was right, then they stopped answering questions. 4) They blame a third party service they hire. When they are the ones offering customer service. 5) They ignore e-mail when it doesn't suit them.
After two weeks and about 20 emails, I can say that my impression is that they don't care. And personally it is the worst customer service I have ever seen.
awful service. They dont provide link to raise the complaint and just the order i want to complaint about the link to rate it is not working. (what a coincidence)
