Deine Aufgaben

• Own cost & performance management for our German logistics organization: monitor key cost drivers and KPIs, spot deviations early, kick off targeted countermeasures and keep management clearly informed, no surprises
• Lay the groundwork for annual budgets and forecasts together with Finance and logistics stakeholders, making sure assumptions are realistic and transparent
• Evolve our controlling setup as processes and the organization change: conceive and implement new KPIs, accounting elements and reporting processes hand-in-hand with operations teams
• Be the data go-to for German operations teams, whether it's a quick ad-hoc deep-dive or building automated reports that make everyone's life easier
• Challenge the status quo on your own initiative: spot cost reduction potential, push improvement ideas and sharpen the efficiency of our controlling processes

Deine Fähigkeiten

• A completed Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Data Science or a comparable field — with a focus or first hands-on experience in controlling
• quick grasp of business processes: you get up to speed fast in complex e-commerce, logistics and supply chain workflows, and you intuitively connect the dots
• Language skills: good German (B2) and good English (B2) are mandatory
• Strong analytical chops: Excel is second nature, and you're comfortable running more complex data analyses (e.g. SQL, Power BI) to turn messy datasets into clear recommendations
• Business partner mindset: you proactively engage with stakeholders, understand their operational challenges and translate numbers into decisions that matter
• Expressing oneself truthfully and fostering genuine relationships
• Using creativity and initiative to solve problems and achieve goals
