We are building a new state-of-the-art fulfillment center in Neuenburg am Rhein, and you will join us at the very beginning of our journey. As Flow Manager Inbound, you are the real-time link between the warehouse floor and the Control Center. You keep inbound material flows stable, transparent, and demand-driven by connecting people, systems, and quick operational decisions in our new high-tech fulfillment center. You will help shape our inbound operations from day one.
Deine Aufgaben
- Steer inbound material flows in real time, from goods receipt through to putaway, to ensure stable throughput and reliable lead times
- Align daily inbound activities with demand, shift planning, staffing levels, workstation availability, WMS/WCS priorities, and system capacity
- Coordinate the opening, allocation, and use of workstations on the warehouse floor according to operational priorities
- Act as the first point of contact for process deviations, material jams, bottlenecks, and operational obstacles in inbound operations
- Communicate operational updates clearly to the stakeholders, escalating unresolved issues when required
- Identify recurring issues and drive continuous improvements to inbound processes together with the Control Center and operational teams
Deine Fähigkeiten
- Completed vocational training in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field, or comparable practical experience in warehouse operations; experience in an automated warehouse or distribution center is a strong plus
- Able to read material-flow data, dashboards, and KPIs quickly to identify deviations, bottlenecks, and capacity risks
- Very good communication skills to communicate clearly and confidently with shift leads, Control Center colleagues, technical support, and other stakeholders
- Good communication skills in English (Level B2). If you're not at that level yet, we support you achieving the needed competencies with language classes
- Using creativity and initiative to solve problems and achieve goals
- Think and act with an absolut respect of human dignity and being aware of the human consequences of your decisions
