Insel-Brauerei

In autumn 2015, Insel-Brauerei opened its doors and immediately won over the public with its exceptional beer varieties. The basis is a good, chalky island water. It is brewed only with natural hops, special malts, cereals and beer spices. Everything remains natural, without filters or filter aids. The beer is brewed in open fermentation with top-fermented yeasts harvested by hand and completed with traditional bottle maturing.
