The DX012 offers an expansion of remote outputs for SQ, Avantis, and dLive mixers, as well as for AHM audio matrix processors.

12 XLR Outputs

Flexible switching options between balanced, relay-protected analog and digital stereo AES outputs (5-12).

AES Compatible

AES outputs can be globally switched between 44.1 kHz, 48 kHz, 88.2 kHz, or 96 kHz.

Redundant and Cascaded Modes

The redundancy mode supports the connection of two cables to compatible hardware. The cascade mode allows for the chaining of up to 2 DX expanders at any DX port.

Plug-and-Play

No configuration required, just connect to the mixer and you're good to go. Firmware updates are automatically performed by the mixer.

Maximum Flexibility

Place it where you need it.

The DX012 can be positioned up to 100 meters away from the mixer to ensure maximum flexibility in placement and features integrated rack ears for mounting in a 1U 19" space. The expander connects to the mixer or a preceding DX expander via a single Cat5e cable through a secure EtherCon connection. A second lockable EtherCon connection is provided for a redundant connection to compatible hardware or for chaining with a downstream DX expander for additional remote I/O.
