Behringer Model 15: the tabletop device with patch bay and modifications. For easier handling, the LFO already includes filter and pitch modulation without needing to plug in a cable. What’s missing are the two envelopes and VCAs, as there is only one of each. Thus, the Model 15 is not a complete clone in this case, but rather "inspired" and "desktop-ified." Unfortunately, this technically limits the possibilities a bit, as filter and volume cannot have separate controls.
Additionally, a reverb has been included that can be mixed in. The device serves as a kind of semi-modular basic synthesizer. Since the fixed filter bank is also available as a module, it could be combined with a VCA and another 911 envelope to create a luxury Model 15, which would then be complete. Furthermore, the Model 15 is still available as a complete modular system.
Exterior
The utility of such a device is high, which is why it is justified. A small sequencer has even been built in. The patch bay allows access to all modules. Additionally, the device is equipped with MIDI and should offer the same performance as other Behringer devices. The housing is very practical and suitable for Eurorack synthesizers, making it even more attractive.
