Various modes can be selected via the display. The metronome mode of the WMT-230 makes it possible to set different time signatures and tempos. The desired time signature (0(-/4); 1/4; 2/4; 3/4; 4/4; 5/4; 6/4; 7/4; 3/8; 6/8) and tempo (in BPM - beats per minute) can be selected via the display to create a rhythmic sound that helps you stay in time. The beat generator produces regular acoustic pulses according to the selected settings, which makes it possible to improve timing and musical precision. The tempo can be selected in the range of 40-208 beats per minute. The Cherub WMT-230 has a built-in tuner that can be used to precisely tune instruments. There is a choice of different tuning modes, depending on which instrument is to be tuned (e.g. guitar, bass, violin, ukulele). The device detects the sound of the note being played and indicates whether it is tuned too high, too low or just right. Instruments such as electric guitar or bass can be plugged directly into the WMT-230 for tuning via the jack input. The chromatic tuner has a large, bright display on which the tuning is always very easy to read. The tone output mode offers a practical way of learning the perfect pitch by ear. A mini jack output for connecting headphones can be found on the side of the device. The WMT-230 is an excellent tool for learning and practising rhythms. It is also powered by a rechargeable battery, so you no longer need conventional batteries. A USB charging cable is included in the scope of delivery (no mains adapter included).
