Eaton 191710
Product details
Safety contactor for motors with a complete device capacity of up to 170 A. It is suitable for various applications:
- Utilisation category AC-1: Non-inductive or weakly inductive load, resistance furnaces.
- AC-3: Squirrel cage motors for starting and switching off while running.
- AC-4: Squirrel cage motors for starting, counter-current braking, reversing, and inching.
Connection technology includes screw terminals. This contactor is also suitable for motors of efficiency class IE3, with IE3-capable devices labeled on the packaging.
Description: The auxiliary switch module is permanently connected to the basic device, and manual operation is not possible.
Rated operating current AC-3 at 380 V/400 V: Ie = 18 A.
Rated operating current AC-1 conventional thermal current (3-pole, 50 - 60 Hz) open at 40 °C: Ith = Ie = 40 A, encapsulated: Ith = 32 A.
Rated operating current AC-1 conventional thermal current (1-pole open): Ith = 88 A, encapsulated: Ith = 80 A.
Maximum rated operating power for three-phase motors (50 - 60 Hz AC-3):
- 220 V/230 V: P = 5 kW
- 380 V/400 V: P = 7.5 kW
- 660 V/690 V: P = 11 kW
Maximum rated operating power for three-phase motors (50 - 60 Hz AC-4):
- 220 V/230 V: P = 2.5 kW
- 380 V/400 V: P = 4.5 kW
- 660 V/690 V: P = 6.5 kW
