The U428-000-F USB 3.1 Gen 1 adapter connects your new USB-C-enabled smartphones, tablets, ultrabooks, and computers to your existing USB-A devices or cables for data sharing or charging a mobile device. It supports USB 3.1 Gen 1 data transfer speeds of up to 5 Gbit/s and an output power of up to 3 A for fast charging of mobile devices. Unlike traditional USB ports that can only be connected in one direction, the reversible USB-C connector can be plugged into a USB port in either direction for quick and hassle-free connections. Nickel-plated vulcanised end connectors and gold-plated copper contacts ensure excellent conductivity and a long lifespan. The slim design supports the growing trend towards the design of ever smaller devices. Backward compatible with USB 2.0 devices.
