A bright LCD display and an integrated keyboard make text entry easy in various lighting conditions. Very large font sizes are available, and the text can also be automatically adjusted to fit the desired label size.

Less Waste
Long tapes of up to nine meters mean lower overall operating costs. Edges can now be trimmed down to one millimeter, reducing tape waste.

Faster Label Creation
When using the integrated manual paper cutter, the "Cut & Print" function automatically prints the next label in a preset series as soon as the previous label is cut by the user. This saves time. The LabelWorks LW-K400 features built-in internal memory for quick retrieval of previous projects.

More Choices
The LabelWorks LW-K400 now offers 780 different symbols for every scenario, while users have access to a wide variety of LK tapes, including magnetic, heat-resistant, fluorescent, and reflective tapes, as well as iron-on tapes and shrink tubes. The LabelWorks LW-K400 includes new templates for satin ribbons and improved labeling designs for cable markings.

The LabelWorks LW-K400 is our standard model. It comes with an included power supply. It is also available as the LabelWorks LW-K400L without a power supply, as well as the LabelWorks LW-K400VP. This version includes a power supply, a hard-shell case, and a soft protective cover. Batteries are not included.
