Fujitsu Support Pack Hardware

The Support Pack Hardware is a product-specific service contract for a defined period with a one-time payment to supplement the manufacturer's warranty.

Fujitsu Support Packs can be purchased within 90 days of product acquisition for a contract duration of 1 to 5 years. Before expiration, the service duration can be extended (up to the maximum contract duration of 5 years) by entering into a corresponding follow-up contract for the Support Pack.

The contract duration (service duration) begins exactly on the original purchase date of the respective hardware product. The service is provided as soon as a one-time payment, required at the time of purchasing the Support Pack, is made and the service is activated according to the supplementary conditions for Fujitsu Support Packs.

Depending on the hardware product and service level, selected Support Packs can be activated in a different country than the one in which they were originally purchased.
