Fujitsu Support Pack Hardware / TopUp
The Support Pack Hardware supplements the warranty of a hardware product. It is a service contract that includes product support for a specific hardware product over a defined service period, for which a fixed price is paid in advance. Support Packs can be purchased within 90 days of product purchase for a contract period of 1 to 5 years. Before expiry, the service period can be extended (up to the maximum contract period of 5 years) by concluding a corresponding follow-up contract for the Support Pack.
The service period starts exactly on the original date of purchase of the hardware product concerned. The service is provided after a one-off payment is made in advance at the time of purchase of the Support Pack and the service is activated. Support Pack Hardwar e and TopUp are offered as almost identical services, differing only in the sales and ordering processes: A TopUp must be purchased together with the product, and the end user is registered automatically. A Suppo rt Pack can be purchased separately and must be registered by the end user.
