Fujitsu Product Support Hardware includes the diagnosis of hardware faults as well as their resolution through repair or replacement. Fujitsu responds to an incident and resolves the issue according to the contractually agreed Service Level Agreement, which can be either an offsite or onsite service.
Fujitsu Support Pack Hardware is a product-related service contract with a one-time fee and a fixed contract duration of 1 to 5 years. The service period can be extended by purchasing a corresponding extension support pack. Service levels can be selected from standard options.
Unless otherwise expressly stated, the Fujitsu ServiceContract can be concluded at any time within the product's applicable lifespan up to 12 months before the service end for that product. It offers more flexibility than a Support Pack, with service levels that can be agreed upon according to the customer's requirements.
