The KERN ORA series models are universal, maintenance-free analog hand refractometers. Their compact and robust design allows for easy, efficient, and long-lasting use in everyday life. Manual conversion efforts are eliminated by several selectable scales, preventing application errors. These scales are specially developed, precisely calculated, and verified. They also feature very thin and clear lines. The optical system and prism cover are made from special materials that enable low-tolerance measurements. All models are equipped with an eyepiece that allows for easy and smooth adjustment for different vision strengths. The models marked with ATC have automatic temperature compensation, enabling accurate measurements at varying ambient temperatures (10 °C - 30 °C).
