The adapter consists of two parts. The lower part is screwed onto the 3/8’’ or 5/8’’ thread of the microphone stand, while the upper part is attached with a 3/8’’ or 5/8’’ microphone clamp or holder. The lower part provides a secure and flexible attachment for the upper part through eight locking holes. The upper part controls the release and locking of the quick-release adapter. By squeezing the ribbed plastic grip areas on the upper part, the two parts can be separated or locked together. The adapter is made of high-quality aluminum. An additional reducing thread for 5/8’’ threads is included in the delivery. The two adapter halves can generally remain on the stand or on the microphone and accessories.
