The Libec TH-650EX (successor to the 650HD) is a compact all-in-one tripod system featuring new elements such as a sliding plate that is compatible with Libec TH-X as well as Sachtler and Manfrotto tripod heads. With a load capacity of 3 kg and a counterbalance, the TH-650EX is ideal for use with current smaller DV and HD camcorders, as well as DSLR cameras. The Libec TH-650EX is also suitable as a tripod for PTZ cameras. The sliding plate can be easily attached using the tripod screw on the underside of the PTZ camera. This allows for stable positioning of PTZ cameras in any position and tilt.
